Your healing is personal. What works for someone else may not work for you, and that’s why this is not a place for scripts or rehearsed lines. I would love to sit with you, get to know you, and help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and in your story.

You set the goals for your therapeutic process. I help you reconnect with your body, strengthen your voice, and build the capacity for calmness, clarity, and self-trust. Little by little, together, we will work toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you are.

Your body holds information, your mind doesn’t always have the words for. It remembers things you’ve lived through, even when you tried to push them aside.

When you slow down and listen, you start to understand your reactions, your stress, and the patterns you’ve been stuck in. You start to see why certain moments create tension, why certain situations drain you, and why your body reacts before you’ve even had time to think.

When you feel safe enough to notice what your body is doing and what your mind is saying, you naturally find yourself more balanced and grounded.
